After completing the Dyslexia Screening Tool, your responses are reviewed across six key areas: phonological awareness, rapid naming, decoding, high-frequency word recognition, spelling, and oral reading fluency.
Understanding Your Results
What your screening score means and what to do next
Risk Level Definitions

Results suggest some areas of reading development may need attention. Targeted support, additional practice, and closer monitoring are recommended.

High RiskClear weaknesses in phonological awareness, decoding, spelling, fluency, or common-word recognition; full educational evaluation recommended.
Results suggest significant reading challenges that are consistent with dyslexia indicators. A full evaluation by a qualified educational professional is strongly recommended.
